1.To promote eco-friendly commercial design of containers with an integrated study of international and domestic data and opinions, in order to introduce the green-design concept into commercial container design. 2.To study on outcome measures for waste container recycling scheme in advanced countries, and reviewing the domestic scheme, in order to establish a rational recycling ratio derivation methodology reflecting the actual recycling condition. 3.To study on the current global condition of waste container recycling, and revise the current domestic levy scheme, in order to enhance administrative management efficiency.
